ACT - Self as Context

In this Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Skills Course video, we explore one of the six core processes of ACT, Self-As-Context. This process can seem really tricky but it doesn't have to be. We try our best to break down this concept and include several exercises to help you understand the context of your self.
